    The Dairy Group are predicting sharp increases in milk prices this summer with milk prices already up 2.35p a litre on the year.  However this is still 0.96p per litre behind October 2009 prices.  Read more

  • NVZ areas change. A 9% reduction is announced.

  • Auction success!

    Last night's property auction was an outstanding success. Polesgate farmhouse with just under 10 acres sold for £445,000 which was £155,000 over the auction guide.

    20 acres of adjoining land made £100,000 and were both bought by the same local buyer.

    We also sold 3.9 acres of land at Nesscliffe subject to open access status for £40,000. Our next property auction is on the 22nd June at Market Drayton.
